Vegan Raspberry Ripple smoothie bowls

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 4- 5 ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of Cocofrio Raspberry Ripple ice cream
 

Toppings:

  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Fruit of choice

Instructions:

  1. Combine the banana, raspberries, coconut milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, ice and Cocofrio in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two serving bowls.
  2. Top with granola, coconut flakes and fruit of choice. Enjoy!.
