- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup coconut nectar
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 Scoops of your favourite flavour of Cocofrio (for serving)
- Combine all the ingredients into a high-speed blender
- Blend on high until very smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding more coconut milk accordingly.
- Serve on your favourite flavour of Cocofrio. Enjoy!
