Vegan Caramel and Chocolate Sauce

Caramel sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup coconut nectar
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 Scoops of your favourite flavour of Cocofrio (for serving)

Chocolate sauce

Instructions:
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a high-speed blender
  2. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding more coconut milk accordingly.
  3. Serve on your favourite flavour of Cocofrio. Enjoy!
