Avocado chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • ⅓ cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or your favourite plant milk)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • Choc raspberry ripple Cocofrio ice - cream

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it is very smooth. May take a minute or two.
  2. Place into a sealed container and refrigerate. Serve cold
